The Western Front Today - Tuilleries Cemetery

Tuilleries Cemetery, located in the Ypres Salient near Hellfire Corner, was established in 1915 before being destroyed by shellfire.

It was subsequently rebuilt by the Imperial (later Commonwealth) War Graves Commission after the war.

Although the cemetery originally contained 106 U.K. and 3 French graves most of these were destroyed by shellfire.  Consequently most graves located in the cemetery today are unknown.
