The Western Front Today - Underhill Farm Cemetery

Underhill Farm cemetery is located in Ploegsteert in the Ypres Salient.  The name was derived from a dressing station established on the north-west edge of Ploegsteert Wood.

The cemetery contains 195 burials (of which 102 are from the U.K., 47 Australia and 39 New Zealand).  It was started in June 1917 during the Battle of Messines and remained in use until 1918.
